missingWrote a review on Dec 03heated swimming pooljacuzzilobby cleanliness
I really enjoyed relaxing at the heated swimming pool and unwinding in the jacuzzi during my stay. The staff was super helpful getting everything set up for some fun activities. Just a heads up, the lobby could use a little sprucing up, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

missingWrote a review on Nov 27comfortable beddog-friendly optionscleanliness issues
The variety of dog-friendly options is a nice touch if you've got a furry sidekick with you. The bed felt surprisingly comfortable for a night's crash after a long haul.
The entire place could use a serious deep clean, especially considering the overwhelming bleach smell that hits you as soon as you walk in. My room had a moldy tub caulk, and the floors were so stained I wouldn’t dream of walking barefoot. Add to that the loud barking from a pitbull across the hall that turned sleep into an Olympic challenge. Breakfast was another disappointment with dried-out scrambled eggs that resembled hockey pucks more than food. If you’re staying for more than just a place to lay your head, you might want to reconsider.

missingWrote a review on Sept 17climbing wallin-house restaurantcleanliness issues
The pool featured a climbing wall that provided an adventurous twist for guests looking for some fun, making it a unique highlight of the hotel. The in-house restaurant served a variety of food options, perfect for guests seeking convenience after a long day.
On arrival, the cigarette tray near the entrance was on fire, which doesn't set the best tone for safety. The overwhelming smell of bleach throughout the hotel was hard to ignore, almost suffocating in common areas. My queen room had visible stains on the carpet and furniture, indicating a need for better cleanliness. Breakfast offered a limited selection, with dry scrambled eggs and greasy sausages that left much to be desired, giving a disappointing start to the day. Additionally, noise from the adjoining rooms was bothersome late into the night, making it difficult to get a good rest.

missingWrote a review on Sept 12indoor poolfun spotfamily friendlyloud guestsupkeep needed
I stayed for one night with my family. The indoor pool was a fun spot for the kids, and they really enjoyed it. However, the atmosphere around the hotel was a bit chaotic with loud guests in the hallways, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the place had potential but could use some serious upkeep.

Staying here with my family was quite nice! The pool area was enjoyable, and my teenage daughter had fun splashing around with her siblings. The courtyard had a charming vibe, even if it needed a little upkeep. Overall, it’s well located near some great activities for families.
In my wife’s opinion, cleanliness needs a boost. First impressions matter, and a tidy environment would make a big difference for families, especially with kids running around.

Close proximity to shopping and a well-organized banquet crew stood out. Unfortunately, the lack of a working phone in the room and safety concerns due to open outside doors contributed to an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the dining options, including breakfast items that did not meet expectations, left much to be desired.
